Members
Twenty-three (23) members in total should sit on the Commission, eleven (11) are nominated by the Minister of Environment to represent the non-incorporated areas, while the other twelve (12) represent the municipalities and are nominated by their respective council. Nevertheless in 2008, only twenty-two (22) commissioners were sitting on the Commission.
