Principal services for the Public

Planning and zoning:

The Commission offers a support to the communities in the preparation of their plans. The development officer must make sure that installations are in conformity with the municipal or rural plan and provisions of zoning of the community.

Subdivision:

The agent of installation of the Commission receives the requests for subdivision of the grounds, checks with the authorities of their conformities and approves the plans of allotment.

Construction:

The Building Inspector of the Commission emits the licences of construction and installation and does inspections to ensure that installations are conform to the decrees, the payments and the national code of the building.

Public information:

The Commission places at the disposal of the public of information on the use of the grounds in the district.
